💬 I’m shy and I don’t feel confident speaking. Is this program for me?

Absolutely.

Français 365 was designed specifically for learners who feel blocked or anxious when they try to speak.
Each lesson is short, gentle, and designed to help you build confidence step by step, through writing, listening, and creative expression — before you even speak out loud.

✍️ Do I have to write every day?

You don’t have to — but you’ll want to.
Each day, you’ll receive a tiny creative task (writing a sentence, a phrase, a feeling…).
You can complete it in 5 to 10 minutes.
And on Sundays, there’s a longer creative writing prompt if you want to go deeper (with feedback if you’re in the Premium version).

🎧 Is it only writing, or do I get to practice speaking too?

You’ll absolutely practice speaking, but without pressure.

Many lessons invite you to say sentences aloud, imitate rhythms, or record yourself.
In the Premium version, you’ll also get one live speaking Zoom per week — always in a kind and supportive environment.

⏳ What if I fall behind?

No worries — you can never be “late”.
The program is designed to follow your rhythm.
You’ll have access to everything in your private space, and you can catch up or revisit any lesson anytime.

📅 How much time do I need each day?

Most lessons take 10 to 15 minutes per day.
Sunday’s creative writing session can take a bit longer (20 to 30 minutes), depending on your inspiration.

🌍 I live in a different time zone. Can I join the live Zooms?

Yes! The Zoom sessions are scheduled every week at a fixed time:
We meet on Saturdays at 6PM (Paris time) — which is:

• 12PM in Montréal / New York,
• 9AM in Vancouver / Los Angeles.

If you can’t join live, you’ll receive access to the replay.
(And in the community space, you can always interact, ask questions, and get support.)

💡 What’s the difference between Standard and Premium?

👩‍🏫 Who is this program for?

Français 365 is for you if:

• You’ve studied French before but still feel blocked when speaking,
• You’re between false beginner and intermediate level (A2 to B2),
• You love creative approaches and need structure + kindness,
• You want to feel safe and supported as you practice.

🎓 Can I use this program to prepare for DELF / DALF exams?

While Français 365 is not an exam prep course, it can greatly strengthen your expression, grammar, and vocabulary, especially in writing and speaking.
If your goal is long-term fluency and confidence, this program will help you build the foundation you need.

📌 Can I join anytime?

Yes for the Standard version — it’s open all year long.
For the Premium version, enrollment opens only 2 or 3 times a year, with limited spots.
You can join the waiting list to be notified first.

🛒 Is there a refund policy?

Due to the nature of the content (immediate access to all materials), no refunds are offered.
