2. Services Offered

French Creative Academy offers:

  • Private French lessons (online or in Oxford)
  • Group workshops (online and in Oxford)
  • The “Français 365” online learning programme
  • Free content (ebooks, newsletters, blog posts, videos)

3. Orders and Payment

All purchases are made via secure payment through Stripe.
Access to the product or service is granted once payment is confirmed.

For one-time products (such as lessons or workshops), you will receive a confirmation email.
For subscriptions, you will be charged monthly until you cancel.

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may request a refund if you cannot attend a scheduled private lesson or group workshop.
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule.

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments without notice.
There are no refunds for digital products (such as the Français 365 programme) once access has been granted.

5. Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing a digital product with immediate access (such as the Français 365 programme), you agree to waive your right to the 14-day withdrawal period in accordance with UK consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, exercises, texts, and downloads are the exclusive property of Olivia Quetier / French Creative Academy.

You may use them for personal learning only.
It is strictly forbidden to copy, share or distribute them without written permission.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

Your personal data (email, name, purchase history) is collected and processed securely in accordance with GDPR.

Data is used to:

  • deliver your products and services
  • send relevant updates and resources via ActiveCampaign
  • manage payments via Stripe

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link provided at the bottom of each message.
